DESCRIPTION:<p>A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organised from 14/08
 /2026 to 16/08/2026 in Nouakchott\, by the Mauritanian Chess Federation\, 
 under the auspices of FIDE.</p>\n<p>The Lecturer will be IA/IO Messaoudi\,
  Bechir (TUN)\, FIDE Lecturer\, and Assistant Lecturer will be IA Kreiked\
 , Aly Moctar (MTN).</p>\n<p>The language of the Seminar will be French wit
 h translation into Arabic.</p>\n<p>The Seminar will give norms and titles 
 of FIDE Arbiter\, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
